UNDERSTANDING OUR PRICING SYSTEM
Our goal is to build every site within the original estimated cost and time. However, every client and every site are different.

We base our pricing on an hourly rate and the anticipated number of hours to complete each project. Depending upon the particular specifications needed for your site, we will discuss what we feel is the best option to accommodate your project. If any of your needs fall outside the hourly parameters included in the package chosen, the final price may be higher depending on which additional features or customization options you desire.
We always disclose necessary additional costs for implementing features before beginning any work that falls outside of the original parameters.
COMMON ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
THESE ITEMS ​ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ESTIMATED DESIGN COST:

Web Hosting: Server space where your website files are stored, allowing it to be accessible online. Hosting costs vary dependent upon desired platform, site capabilities, and applicable discounts for annual or multi-year packages.

Domain Name: Your unique web address, like "yourbusiness.com". This cost is usually (but not always) included when purchasing a web hosting package.

​Custom Coded Features: Many of the features and functionalities you interact with on well-known sites are custom coded to accommodate the needs of that specific business and its customers. We work hand in hand with a skilled coder to provide any of these needs at an additional cost.
- ​Copywriting Services: All site body text to be provided by client. Suggestions for basic edits, data segmentation, headings, and hierarchy provided as needed.

Custom Site Images: Generic stock imagery is provided. Industry/business specific images must be provided by the client. Image resolution quality cannot be improved. Basic color/lighting edits available as needed if allotted time permits or additional time is requested.
